This incident resulted in the temporary shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park.

An additional two individuals have been arrested related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport in which 21 people were injured by what is thought to be pepper spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A man, 24, was taken into custody in the Lambeth area for suspected robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. They both remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

The arrests follow an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the attack, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their suitcases upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was among the injured during the incident. A total of five individuals were taken to the hospital for treatment and have since been released.

Officers arrested a 31-year-old man for suspected theft and assault close to the location. He has since been released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Police were called at about 08:10 GMT following reports of several people hurt by an irritating chemical thought to be pepper spray.

The assault - which police said was isolated and not considered an act of terror - caused train delays and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the T3 car park briefly.
